RETURNS POLICY

 

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return or exchange a product. We have created this returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive a Return Request within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, and we receive the returned product within 14 calendar days (for UK) or 21 calendar days (for Europe/Rest of World) from the date you received your item;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must contact us by emailing returns@flourishvp.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will supply you with a Returns Form to return with your order.

Please make sure your parcel is properly packaged, in its original box to avoid any damage in transit back to us. Items which arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please clearly mark your parcel with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ in large visible capital letters.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. Returns must be sent through a trackable delivery service, ensuring it is appropriately insured. We do not take any responsibility and cannot process a refund for items that are not received and request that you contact your delivery provider directly in these cases. 

EXCLUSIONS

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) Earrings for pierced ears

(b) Made-to-order items that have been custom made for you (i.e. where an item’s design is amended in accordance with your specific requirements).

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only. Damaged items will not be refunded. As a small business, we take extreme pride in handling each piece ourselves personally with great attention and care. Flourish by Victoria Percival merchandise is quality checked and carefully hand packaged so it is extremely unlikely any pieces will ever leave us damaged - however occasionally the delivery service will handle a package roughly and the contents may become damaged in transit. In this case, we will happily replace the item for you and cover the re-delivery costs ourselves. We will not refund damaged items, we only replace them with the same item (like for like) at our expense.

REFUNDS

We will happily refund any item purchased (less the original delivery fee) to you, once the item has reached us safely. The item must have reached us within the specified timeframes above and be in a resalable, unused condition in its original packaging.

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product (less the cost of the original delivery) properly returned to us, in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges,  and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Please note, for all UK orders over £100 where delivery costs are not charged to the customer upon ordering, a standard £4.95 delivery cost will deducted from your refund upon the goods being returned. For orders that contain multiple pieces (for example for customers who wish to purchase several items at once to try at home) the individual return postage cost of £4.95 will be deducted from each item upon return. This is to cover our higher postage costs for larger weight deliveries via Royal Mail or courier.

Delivery for exchanges is complimentary on all orders, however if you then wish to refund the newly exchanged item, the standard £4.95 delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
